By accessing or using the DIGIWSPDF platform (operated by DIGIWS PRIVATE LIMITED and developed by Deepak Sir), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use DIGIWSPDF tools for lawful personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, trojans, or automated attack scripts designed to compromise server integrity.
• Process, store, or transmit content that violates copyright, trademark, or any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the underlying processing infrastructure or API endpoints through denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all files, text, images, and documents you process through DIGIWSPDF. DIGIWS PRIVATE LIMITED asserts no ownership, copyright, or licensing claims over any user-uploaded files.

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all files undergo automated, temporary in-memory processing and are permanently deleted within 15–60 minutes.

DIGIWSPDF tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we make every effort to ensure 99.9% uptime, flawless document conversion, and optimal compression ratios without font corruption, DIGIWS PRIVATE LIMITED makes no express or implied warranties that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Under no circumstances shall DIGIWS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, developers (including Deepak Sir), or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our PDF tools, or from temporary processing errors. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of original files.
